Called West Coast Water Heaters to look into the problem we were having with our tank less water heater. Josh came out the next day and had the issue identified within 30 minutes of his arrival. He also identified a major deficiency with the installation that was done years prior which caused the premature failure of the water heater. Josh was great to deal with, he showed up when he said he would, provided notifications of when he was en route to our home, and his workmanship showed attention to detail. We would highly recommend Josh and West Coast Water Heaters.

The water heater replacement and service Josh provided is top 1% of any contractor I have dealth with!. Josh was on point when he explained what he needed to do including adding an extension for the on/off valve for gas line to make sure that it's an easy access from the front not the back - without adding extra costs - consideting that the unit is in a tight area. I would recommend Josh (great guy) to anyone who would need their heating unit replace.

Josh is the best!! I would 100 percent recommend him. Our water heater would only spit out 98 degrees at the hottest on our 2 month old tankless water heater. Within 20 minutes, he found our issue and had it fixed. And it was definitely not an issue anyone would have expected. Great guy and great servcie.

I cannot say how lucky I am to have found an honest plumber. I’ve had numerous plumbers come out to tell me my warranty had expired and that I would need an entirely new tankless unit. Estimates ranged from $3000 to almost $10,000 for parts and installation costs. Joshua came out the next morning after we communicated after 8pm the night before. He inspected my tankless unit and verified my warranty coverage. We found out that I was covered! With his help, I was able to get a new replacement. Not only did he save me thousands of dollars, he saved my marriage! All joking aside, Joshua is a master at his craft. The county inspector came out today and he himself said that I have a great plumber. The install passed permitting with flying colors. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Josh is my go to guy. If you are looking for a plumber who is trustworthy and does excellent work look no further. He installed both a tankless water heater and water filtration system at my property and I could not be more pleased. Five stars all around.
